I do not say, but I share it, put it in a song Maná . In the current crisis, no doubt , will a stronger company, better prepared for the future. The much hyped Generation Y will a bath of humility, will fall into hell, as dark and will place strong and experienced. The X will leave with a notch in the handle. Something in the past has not worked, what have we done wrong, the setback has been tremendous, now have to get up and follow, Otherwise, with new paradigms and new leaders. What will determine our future is knowing scan the horizon and see the distance, wary of what we have and aspire to improve.
I wrote a couple of post to that effect, with the idea that employers will remain the engines of society in the current situation (no company, no work). Specifically, the first post tried, with humility, shred the harsh reality of insolvency proceedings and prepare the best company to do so. Then one second, was dedicated to the state of mind of all the people who make the company in such a delicate moment.
While preparing this post, and upload them to the blog after I got information Risk and Delinquency, a blog dedicated to everything related to the current economic situation and the day to day. A place worth visiting, with useful and constantly updated.
Mankind has grown based on overcoming obstacles. Without realizing it, while we went down to Hades, we are setting the company in the future. As I read recently in Economic News, if the dark years of the United States came the golden age of cinema, with glittering stars, what will sprout after this crisis?
