INTRODUCTION The study of costs in the construction industry is un tema sumamente dinámico, que no se agota en las partidas de albañilería o acabados, pues los avances tecnológicos nos mantienen en constante análisis de nuevos materiales. Estos mismos avances, nos llevan a la especialización de los trabajadores, lo que hace crecer nuestro catálogo de Mano de Obra, aunque de manera tradicional, en las obras pequeñas y precisamente por ello, un buen albañil hace las labores del fierrero, carpintero y colocador de pisos y azulejos. En términos generales, aún se conserva en esas pequeñas obras el trabajo del yesero, cuando se requiere y el del pintor, que a su vez es también pastero.
